Ticket Bot setup and commands.

Use this page for installing the ticket bot, configuring server settings, managing staff permissions, and understanding ticket ratings.

Setup

First-time configuration.

Keep the bot role above the roles it needs to manage and give it access to create channels, manage permissions, send messages, embed links, and read message history.

1. Invite the bot

Add the bot to the server with the required Discord permissions and confirm it appears online.

2. Configure roles

Set the staff role, admin role, ticket categories, transcript channel, and panel channel.

3. Post the panel

Use the panel command to publish the public ticket menu where users can open support requests.

4. Test the flow

Open a test ticket, claim it, close it, check transcript delivery, and submit one rating.

Slash commands are preferred for private responses. Prefix commands are still supported for quick staff actions.
